Experience: Member of Arved Fuchs’s ICESAIL expedition team lasted 4 years and completed in 2002. Member of Arved Fuchs’s expedition following Shackleton’s historic voyage of Shackleton’s lifeboat “James Caird”. 120.000 nautical miles to his credit. Expedition leader on Hapag Lloyd cruise ships in the Antarctic and the Arctic.

Experience: Circumnavigated the globe solo twice. 250000 nautical miles to his credit. In 1972 represented Poland in OSTAR. His role was instrumental in building several training vessels in Poland (Pogoria and Chopin). Master of s/v “Pogoria” in scientific/research voyage to Antarctica in 1980/81 and in 1983/84 with group of high school students. Author of 15 books, and 50 films. Presently he is the Editor in Chief of Polish monthly yachting magazine “Jachting”.

Honorary ambassador of Szczecin in 2004 year.
Experience: In 1975/6 he was a member of the First Polish Antarctic Expedition. A curator of a few significant exhibitions: Flora and Fauna of Seas. In 2000 – 2003 circumnavigated globe on yacht MARIA. Author of two books devotes marine subjects. Photographer, an enthusiast of the mountains.

Experience: Seagoing career which included command of break-bulk/container vessels, ocean-going tugs with barge and ship tows, and of fishing and private vessels. Co-design (Ewbank Brooke & Associates) of the replica of HMAT “Bounty”, the Sail Training Ship “Spirit of New Zealand”, and the Health Services Sailing School Vessel “Tole Mour”.
